Hi! I'm Lisa Coop

 

As a cancer survivor, I was thrown into full menopause at 37 years old, only six months after giving birth to my fourth daughter. My body was not ready for this stage of life. I was not ready for this stage of life. As a n RN, and fitness & nutrition coach, my wellness had been a priority for years but after entering menopause, I began living in a body I did not recognize, and that happened QUICKLY. However, knowing I had more than half my life ahead of me (God willing), with a husband and four daughters to care for, I was unwilling to reside in a body I was miserable in for the rest of my life.

 

I have always been passionate about simplifying fitness and nutrition for beginners, but now I am expanding that passion into teaching you how to navigate your perimenopausal years and beyond, with fitness and nutrition, because I believe that just because you enter this stage of life, does NOT mean you have to hate the body you live in forever.

When we work together, you will feel educated, and empowered to take simple action steps, and put into practice simple strategies that will allow you to love the body you are in, and will live in as long as you are here on earth. 

I truly believe that knowledge is power, and learning how to support your changing body will be the catalyst to building your confidence and a life you love. Even in this stage. I am eager to help you master perimenopause, and beyond.
