That experience changed the way I approach health.

That’s why I do this work.
Not for women chasing skinny.

IT STARTED IN THE HOSPITAL HALLWAYS… 🩺
Before I ever coached a single woman on nutrition, metabolism, or mindset, I spent 13 years as a registered nurse working in the acute care setting of a major hospital.
Day after day, I saw what happens when women are exhausted, burned out, and disconnected from their health. Too often they were given quick fixes or prescriptions, but rarely the tools to truly understand what their bodies needed.
Even then, I knew there had to be a better way.
But nothing prepared me for what happened when I became the patient.
THEN CAME THE DIAGNOSIS… 🎗️
Cancer doesn’t just challenge your body.
It shakes your identity, your confidence, your energy, and the sense of control you once had over your life.
Almost overnight, I went from leading workouts and coaching clients to using a walker, unable to stand or move without assistance.
It was one of the most humbling seasons of my life.
And yet, in that place, the most uncertain and vulnerable version of myself, something unexpected began to grow.
A different kind of strength.
A deeper sense of purpose.
And a calling I could no longer ignore.

And as a wife and mom of four daughters, and business owner, I understand what it feels like to carry a lot of responsibility, expectations, and the pressure to keep showing up even when you’re running on empty.
