IT STARTED IN THE HOSPITAL HALLWAYS… 🩺
Before I ever coached a single woman through macros or mindset, I spent 13 years as a registered nurse in the acute care setting of a major hospital. I witnessed, day after day, what happens when women are burned out, overlooked, or handed a prescription instead of a plan. I knew deep down there had to be a better way.
But nothing prepared me for what happened when I became the patient.
THEN CAME THE DIAGNOSIS… 🎗️
Cancer doesn’t just challenge your body. It shatters your sense of identity, your confidence, your energy and in many ways, your freedom. I went from leading workouts and coaching clients to using a walker, unable to stand or move without assistance. And yet, it was in that place—the most broken, uncertain, raw version of myself—that something unexpected started to rise.
A different kind of strength.
A deeper kind of purpose.
And a calling I couldn’t ignore.
